Terms & Conditions for Ordered Furniture

It is a customers responsibility to ensure that the items ordered are of suitable size for the intended space and access to into the property.

We advise against placing wooden furniture on heated flooring.

If there is an access issue at point of delivery, the ordered items will be left at the delivery address, alternatively, re-delivery charges will apply.

PAYMENT IN FULL IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO A DELIVERY.

If the balance is paid by phone the credit card must be the original card used in store.

ALL LEAD TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE.

Any item that has been ordered with a customer order number cannot be returned.

EX-DISPLAY ITEMS NEED TO BE CHECKED BY THE CUSTOMER AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. YOU WILL HAVE TO SIGN A DOCUMENT TO SAY YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE CONDITION. EX-DISPLAY ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

If you collect your items in store, you will be required a long with a member of Ice Interiors staff to check the goods and sign a document to say you checked and collected your goods.

If your order is a home delivery, you will be required by the delivery company to check and sign for your goods.

Returns Policy for In Stock Items

Should an in stock accessory item, purchased in store, be unwanted then it may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a credit note or exchange. Goods must be accompanied with a valid receipt and returned the store.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
