Delivery times are based on our delivery company and are approximate. Some of our manufacturers have factory shut downs over Easter, Summer, and Christmas Holidays. Ice Interiors is not liable for any delays, as all delivery times are estimates and can change for no reason at any time. For deliveries it is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept delivery as we need a signed POD and someone to inspect the items on site. If you accept a delivery date and nobody is there this will result in a failed delivery and you will be charged for re-delivery.

Please note that all of our deliveries have a delivery charge. The price will vary in regards to where you are in the country. For delivery charges please call Ice Interiors and we will be able give you a quote for delivery. Please note this can change if your location is a remote postcode and number of items being delivered. Please contact us if you are unsure if your postcode is classed as a remote area. Please also note we are unable to deliver to Northen Ireland or The Channel Islands.

Please note for our made to order items of furniture such as solid oak we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery if ordered after our suppliers cut off date. Our cut dates for this type of furniture will be displayed on our homepage and social media channels. If you are still unsure weather we can guarantee Christmas delivery please give us a call.


We accept all major credit cards; American Express, MasterCard, Solo, Switch/UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta and Visa Electron. These are all processed using secure security systems. Please be aware we do not accept telephone payments.


Ice Interiors will not accept responsibility or cost whatsoever if delivery of any product is delayed as a result of anything out of it's control;

You may ask us whether we are storing personal information about you by emailing us at batley@iceinteriors.co.uk and if you wish we will provide you with a copy of the personal data we hold about you by email. For your protection we may ask for proof of your identity before providing any information and reserve the right to refuse to provide information requested if your identity is not established to our satisfaction.
