Nothing in this agreement affects your statutory rights.

At our sole discretion we may change any part of this site. It is your responsibility to check if any alterations have occurred and any further orders placed by you, will constitute your acceptance of these terms. All descriptions pictures and weights are those of the original manufacture and are intended to give a general description of the goods only. The weight to be shipped includes the weight of packaging for the goods.
Please note: The colours on the website of the products may not be absolute in their accuracy to the original or print.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are based on our couriers and are approximate. Some of our manufacturers shut down over Easter, Summer, and Winter. Ice Interiors is not liable for any delays, as all delivery times are estimates and can change for no reason at any time. Once an order has been placed on made to order items, you will be contacted via email to give you a more accurate estimation on the lead time. For 2-man deliveries it is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept delivery as we need a signed POD and someone to inspect the items on site. If you accept a delivery date and you nobody is there this will result as a failed delivery and you will be charged for re-delivery. If for any reason we cannot dispatch in stock orders once arrived within 4 weeks, we will notify you by e-mail.

Please note that all of our deliveries have delivery charge. The price will vary in regards to where you are in the country. For delivery charges your location please call Ice Interiors and we will be able give you a price of delivery. Please note we are unable to deliver large items to Northen Ireland.

Please note for some items of furniture such as solid oak we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery if ordered after our supplier cut off time period. Our cut off times for these types of furniture will be displayed on our homepage and social channels. If you are still unsure weather we can guarantee Christmas delivery please give us a call.

CARD PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards; American Express, MasterCard, Solo, Switch/UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta and Visa Electron. These are all processed using secure security systems

LIABILITY

iceinteriors.co.uk will not accept responsibility or cost whatsoever if delivery of any product is delayed as a result of anything out of it's control; i.e. act of god, flood, fire, war, industrial action.

V.A.T. (VALUE ADDED TAX)

All prices on this website include a UK sales tax of 20% for V.A.T. This applies to residents of the United Kingdom only. Please note we cannot deduct VAT for VAT free islands, although we do offer free delivery to the Channel Islands.

You may ask us whether we are storing personal information about you by emailing us at batley@iceinteriors.co.uk and if you wish we will provide you with a copy of the personal data we hold about you by email. For your protection we may ask for proof of your identity before providing any information and reserve the right to refuse to provide information requested if your identity is not established to our satisfaction.

While we hold your personal data, we may contact you for the purposes of ensuring your personal data is up to date. We encourage you to provide full personal data and you may at any time inform us of any incorrect or out of date details so that we can provide the best possible service.

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time. Changes will be set out here so that you always know how we will use the personal data that you give us, and to whom we might disclose it.
